Legal Structures for the Third Sector
London Rebuilding Society runs this very successful two-day course on Legal Structures for the Third Sector from time to time. Please call us for dates for the next course, and if you would like to be put on the waiting list.
The course is given by Charlie Cattell, a leading consultant and expert in the field. It covers all the different constitutional options (Co-op, CIC, IPS, Co Ltd, Co Ltd by Guarantee, etc.) and their advantages and disadvantages - fundamental knowledge for anyone advising social enterprises or voluntary bodies venturing into trading.
Taking place over two days, this course is very thorough, which is different from the shorter courses available on the market. We have had enthusiastic feedback from former participants, e.g. 'it sounds such a dull subject but Charlie makes it interesting, lively and topical.'
The cost of the course is £300 per participant (including all teas, coffees, and lunch) total for both days with no VAT to pay.
Full details of the course programme can be found by clicking on Day 1 and Day 2 in the menu on the left, or please contact us for further information.
This course will take place in our newly refurbished training room on the first floor at 9 Bonhill Street, London EC2A 4PE.
