Angela Ishmael, Board Member
Angela Ishmael is the principal consultant and Chief Executive of A I Associates Consulting, an organisation that facilitates projects focusing on progressing the ethos of Diversity and Dignity at Work.
This includes activities such as conducting coaching for senior and board level clients, which enables them to lead and sponsor dignity at work initiatives within their organisations.
She has conducted a range of equality and diversity audits and assessments for organisations, and has written in-house publications for voluntary, private and public sector clients on issues such as cultural diversity, harassment and bullying, managing diversity and recruitment and selection.
Angela supports and advises local communities in her role as a Trustee/Board Member of organisations such as London Rebuilding Society and Ventures UK. Angela is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, and a member of the Institute of Directors.
