Toby Lloyd, Board Member
Toby Lloyd is a housing and regeneration policy specialist, with wide experience in the voluntary, public and private sectors.
He is currently an Associate Director at Navigant Consulting, where he provides expert advice on housing and wider policy issues to local, regional and national government.
After graduating from Leeds University and the London School of Economics he became deputy chief executive of research charity the Henry George Foundation. He then spent two years at London Rebuilding Society, where he developed non-profit equity release products for vulnerable homeowners in London’s East End.
Between 2005 and 2007 he was senior policy manager at the Greater London Authority where he focussed on housing supply and wrote much of the Mayor’s Housing Strategy.
He has also carried out extensive community consultation as part of London’s successful Olympic bid and taught financial history and politics at the London School of Economics.
