Euroart Studios Ltd

Euroart is a not-for-profit social-action organisation working through the arts to provide affordable studio spaces, facilities and opportunities for artists and makers and, to create opportunities for people to participate in artistic experiences.

Euroart StudiosEuroart is committed to bringing contemporary art practice to the local community and beyond and have a constantly evolving programme of creative work.

Established in 2002 by professional artist/curator Lorraine Clarke and space projects quality engineer Nigel Young, the studios now host some 50 artists/creative businesses who are recipient to various business support services, such as, organisation of annual open studios events, off-site exhibitions and provision of information on business & network opportunities, and business mentoring.

Pro-actively managed, Euroart promotes the work of its resident artists/creative businesses. Euroart also provides work experience opportunities to the volunteer sector.

Euroart has delivered art workshops in the studios and across the borough oEuroart Studiosf Haringey; has been proactive in Tottenham Carnival and Northumberland Park Community festivals.

Euroart also creates projects involving local organisations with the creative businesses located at its studios e.g. costumes design (for children), a parade float (for a local property developer) and artistic design of an Adventurous Play Park.

LRS provided a loan of £40k to cover the costs of relocation to new premises following the acquisition by Tottenham Hotspur of the current premises to build a new stadium.
