BFM Xcel Limited
The BFM group of companies play a key role in the black film and media creative sector in promoting and celebrating the work and creative contribution of the BAME industry to the international film community.
Activities have evolved over the last 9 years and include the organisation of the annual Black Film Festival in September, the production of a black film magazine, the establishment of a black film archive in partnership with the British Film Institute, the establishment of a monthly film club, and the provision of media training.
To enable BFM to take advantage of opportunities arising from the September 2007 film festival, LRS made an initial loan of £7,500.
