Four Corners Film
Four Corners Film is the only specialised film production training company in London.
Based in Bethnal Green, East London, Four Corners Film have been nurturing talent for over 30 years in a unique environment where BAFTA and Turner prize nominees work alongside moving image artists and local trainees.
Since 2003 it has also become a leading provider of professional darkrooms for the London area, with a fast developing arts and education programme. Over 1000 people have attended the high-quality, accredited, practical training sessions since 1994. Training is delivered in small groups, building skills and confidence through a professional approach that emphasises ‘hands-on’ learning based on production of actual projects.
Four Corners training is driven equally by a desire to encourage expression, and to support people who have been traditionally marginalised from the creative process and many have gone on into work in the film/broadcast sector, or to develop their own projects.
Four Corners received a £150k loan from the LDA / ERDF Social Enterprise Loan Fund to extend its facilities and to puchase further equipment.
