Camden Enterprise (Centa)
Camden Enterprise (Centa) is one of London’s largest Enterprise Agencies, and has over 24 years’ experience of providing advice and support to start-up and micro businesses.
Its services include help in securing finance, and mentoring, training, and practical help when setting up and running businesses across a variety of sectors. Centa is based in King’s Cross, in offices easily accessible from the numerous public transport links that pass through the area.
Centa also generates approximately a third of its income by letting serviced office space to small and start-up businesses. Occupancy rates in its existing two properties are currently running at 100%. LRS provided a £60k loan to enable Centa to increase its capacity for this activity by leasing and fitting out three floors of a nearby office building.
