Bruce Wood, Head of Enterprise Investment
Bruce is a former chair of Co-operative and Community Finance (formally known as ICOF, the UK's oldest CDFI). His knowledge and expertise are therefore very much 'hands on' and consequently are invaluable.
Another social enterprise veteran with over 20 years' experience, Bruce has been involved with, among others, First Out (the first lesbian and gay coffee shop in London) which Bruce helped to establish as a workers' co-operative), Tower Hamlets Co-operative Development Agency, and Social Enterprise London (which Bruce also helped to set up).
