LDA / ERDF Social Enterprise Loan Fund
This fund has been specially set up to meet the needs of the not-for-profit trading sector within the Objective 2 areas.
The finance is provided by the London Development Agency (LDA), the EU Objective 2 Programme, and Barclays Bank.
Loans can be taken out for up to 10 years, and the amount available is between £25,000 and £250,000.
Objective 2 areas are located in the following boroughs:
Barking and Dagenham Hammersmith and Fulham
Bexley Haringey
Brent Havering
Ealing Newham
Enfield Tower Hamlets
Greenwich Waltham Forest
Hackney
