LDA / ERDF Social Enterprise Loan Fund
This fund was specially set up to meet the needs of the not-for-profit trading sector within the Objective 2 areas of London, with finance provided by the London Development Agency (LDA), the EU Objective 2 Programme, and Barclays Bank.
It is now closed to new loans. Existing loans continue to be managed jointly by Co-operative and Community Finance (CCF Ltd) and London Rebuilding Society, both specialists in lending to the sector.
Objective 2 areas are located in the following boroughs:
Barking and Dagenham Hammersmith and Fulham
Bexley Haringey
Brent Havering
Ealing Newham
Enfield Tower Hamlets
Greenwich Waltham Forest
Hackney
