Abdus worked as a Financial Advisor for Zurich Advice Network, before moving into Private Banking and working for Barclays International.
He has worked on faith based investments (Islamic/Sharia banking) and Socially Responsible Investments (SRI) in the past and saw LRS as an opportunity to make a real difference to peoples' lives.

Adrian was previously acting branch manager for the Lambeth Building Society in Brixton, his expertise is as a mortgage broker.
Adrian's main focus is on ensuring that our Housing Investment Scheme is homeowner not product led.

Sue Poulter
Sue is a finance professional with over 20 years experience of being at Board level in the not for profit housing sector. Her aim is to promote the Home Improvement Scheme as an innovative solution to a set of intractable problems that is both scalable and focused on the needs of each individual homeowner.
Sue believes that the Home Improvement Scheme demonstrates that a committed partnership approach can provide sustainable economic, environmental and social benefits in a transparent and accountable way.
