In-house Training
LRS holds a number of specialist training events throughout the year on a range of business topics of special interest to social enterprises, social entrepreneurs and those advising them. These are led by our highly experienced in-house trainers, and include topics that particularly relate to clients who are planning to raise finance, develop growth strategies or just run their enterprises in a more business-like way.
Topics covered are Legal Structures for Social Enterprises, Financial areas such as Costs, break-even and pricing; Sales Forecasts; Cash Flow; Profit and Loss; Balance Sheets, Marketing elements. We also run specialised Industry (e.g. Opportunities in Waste Management) or business (e.g. Intellectual Property) seminars from time to time.
Many of our courses are funded and are offered at no charge to eligible participants.
The courses take place in the purpose-built training room in our Bonhill Street offices, easily accessible from Moorgate, Liverpool Street and Old Street stations.
