Booking
Download the Room Hire Booking Form here, and fill in either electronically or by hand. Either scan and email the signed form to roomhire@londonrebuilding.com or post to LRS, 9 Bonhill Street, London EC2A 4PE.
A booking is confirmed once payment in full is received. Payment may be made by cheque, made payable to London Rebuilding Society, or by bank transfer (account details on request).
All cancellations must be in writing (email notification is accepted); cancellation charges are as follows:
- 50% if cancelled 10 working days or less before the date booked
- 100% if cancelled 5 working days or less before the date booked.
Meetings of more than 4 hours, or which take place over the 12 noon-2 pm period, will be charged at the full daily rate.
